Masterclass – 2nd November – Leeds City Centre – £599

The event will cover:

• the background and commercial benefits to having a culture-first organisation
• how the Culco programme works including the development of a clear and defined roadmap on the “what’s” and “how’s” of getting a culture programme to fly
• training on the implementation of the employee “toolkit” to help your workforce become more engaged

The Culco programme also includes 1 x half day Culco Leadership Group (3 hours long) following the workshop. In these groups you can share progress on your workplace culture programme, overcome any obstacles or challenges and gain ideas and insight from fellow business leaders.

The Culco Leadership Group is supported with a WhatsApp group where resources are shared and questions answered and the business owners feel supported and energised by other business owners.
